Britni Darsey, APRN-C
Britni is the Founder and Owner of Flourish Wellness PC and one of the Medical Providers here at Flourish. She has been in the medical field for 15 years, 12 of those years as an RN and the last 3 as a Nurse Practitioner. Britni opened Flourish Health & Wellness to have a more open-minded clinic that could allow patients to be active in their care with the goal to become the best version of themselves. She is excited to offer multiple services for her patients and continues to expand her education to bring more opportunity to the clinic.
Marla Denecke, APRN
Marla Denecke, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner who has worked in urgent care for the last five years. She completed her masters of science degree at Troy University in Alabama. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked as an RN in various hospital settings. She is also an Air Force veteran. She enjoys taking care of people and helping them live a healthier, more active life. She is a mom to four boys and enjoys spending time time with her family.
Brittany Bryant, DNP, APRN-BC
Brittany, a Tallahassee native, graduated from Florida state university. She started her career in the ER then transitioned into a flex nurse. She earned her DNP from the University of North Florida and spent the last five years working in Oncology at Baptist MD Anderson cancer center. She relocated to the panhandle last year and is excited to be a part of the Flourish team. Brittany loves helping people look and feel their best!

Trineshia Jones
Administrative Assistant/ Practitioner Assistant
Trineshia has been a dedicated Medical Assistant for the last 15 years who first started her journey in medicine in Texas. She is graduate of the American Commercial College in Wichita Falls, Texas and has spend most of her career in family medicine. A natural giver and mother of 4, Trineshia has a passion for people and making each person feel right at home. Trineshia always says “I love my patients” and with the level of care and attention to details she provides everyone who comes into contact with her can see her commitment to excellence.
Jordan Wildes
Registered Nurse/ Practitioner Assistant
Jordan graduated from South Georgia State College with a BSN. She has been a Nurse at Flourish since July 2023. Prior to nursing school, Jordan had her CNA and spent a year working in a primary care office. After graduating nursing school, Jordan relocated to Panama City, FL to begin working at Flourish. Jordan enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Jordan also loves spending time with her family and is newly engaged.

Alora is a Licensed Midwife (LM) in the state of Florida and a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) through the North American Registry of Midwives. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Brigham Young University. She believes that pregnancy, birth, and motherhood are opportunities for transformation and healing. She believes that every woman and family can benefit from the midwifery model, which focuses on client-centered, holistic, and individualized care. She cares deeply about her clients and hopes to provide the education and resources they need to be able to make choices for themselves.
